The present application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 528 of BNSS (earlier Section 439 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) has been filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 468/2022 registered at P.S. Adarsh Nagar, Delhi for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file afresh before the learned Trial Court.
