1. The present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A.No.2394/2021. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the OA filed by the respondent by directing the petitioners to consider his candidature for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2019, after rejecting the petitioners' plea that on account of the respondent not appending his signatures on the top page of his answer sheet, his candidature was liable to be rejected.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that this issue has already been decided against the petitioner by this Court in a batch of writ petitions including W.P.(C)12354/2023, decided on 29.02.2024.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C)12354/2023.
