The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

a.

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 & 2 to withdraw / terminate/quash the transfer posting The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. SMB Letter No.2001/POSTING/NIP/72/SMB dated 16.02.2024 and its Relieving Letter dated 20.02.2024 in the interest of Justice. The Posting letter dated 16.02.2024 has not been provided to the Petitioner.

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 & 2 to constitute a new committee for inquiry the matter a fresh under the observation of the Hon'ble Court in the interest of Justice.

c.

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 & 2 to reinstate the Petitioner at Control Branch or at any other office or branch where women friendly environment exists with immediate effect in the interest of Justice. d.

Pass a direction to the Respondents to provide the complete set of documents, examination/cross examination, orders/directions of the entire proceedings of Internal Committee to the Petitioner.

Pass such further other order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

It is a conceded position that the subject matter of the present petition shall lie before the Central Administrative Tribunal. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
