By way of present application, the applicants seek impleadment in the present petition.

Respondent No.2, who is present in Court and has been identified by the I.O., states that she has no objection if the present FIR is quashed only against her husband i.e. the present petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, I do not find any merit to entertain the present application and the same is dismissed.

under Sections 354/354A/377/506/509/323/34 IPC at P.S. Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. 2.

The present FIR is an outcome of a matrimonial dispute between the complainant/respondent No. 2 (wife) and petitioner (husband). 3.

Mr. Sabharwal, learned APP for the State, submits that in the present case, apart from the petitioner there are three other accused persons who have approached this Court by way of CRL.M.C. 6244/2023 which is also listed today. He further submits that respondent No. 2 is the complainant/victim.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that after ironing out their differences the parties have settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.01.2023 and are happily living together. 5.

Petitioner and respondent No.2 are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsel as well as by the SI Deepak Kumar, P.S. Lajpat Nagar.

Respondent No. 2 states that she has been happily living with her husband i.e., petitioner and as of now she has no complaint against her husband. She further states that she is giving this statement out of her own free will, volition and without any coercion. She also states that she has no objection if the present FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed against the present petitioner only.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements and undertaking made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the present criminal proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
