The main grievance of the petitioner in the petition is that despite reserving the matter for judgment on 27.08.2024, the judgment has not been pronounced by the respondents.

Mr. Dhruv Rohtagi, Advocate appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that the judgment has since been pronounced on 03.03.2025. 3.

The petition has therefore become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
