The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorised re-construction being carried out at property bearing No.8924, Shidipura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the sanction plan has been wrongly obtained for the purpose of re-construction of the aforesaid property.

After some hearing, respective counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present petition shall be treated as a representation by the MCD and that a reasoned order shall be passed by the MCD after examining and considering the contentions/pleas of the petitioners as raised in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is further agreed that the concerned Assistant Engineer of the MCD shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass a reasoned order thereafter. It is directed accordingly. 5.
The aforesaid exercise shall be conducted within a period of six weeks from today.

Needless to say, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the outcome of the aforesaid exercise, they shall be at liberty to take appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
