The petitioner, who is an accused in FIR No. 287/2024 dated 05.07.2024, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, seeks a direction upon the State to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Trial Court within a time-bound period. 2.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits, upon instructions, that the investigation will be completed W.P.(CRL) 930/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
