After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition.

He, however, submits that since the learned Arbitral Tribunal has given indulgence to claimant of filing additional documents and leading evidence when the matter was already fixed for final arguments, he may also be given an opportunity in this regard. It is submitted that after needful is done by the claimant, if so required, the petitioner herein may also be permitted to file any additional document and to examine any additional witness, strictly, within the confines of the abovesaid request which was allowed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal on 14.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent/claimant has no objection to the abovesaid limited request.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 6.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 7.
