No. 7502/2019 (for interim relief) The petitioner seeks a direction restraining respondent No. 1/North DMC from sealing or taking any coercive action against the petitioner's premises bearing Municipal No. 307/1/29 Shahzada Bagh Industrial Area, Old Rohtak Road, Dayabasti, Delhi.

At the outset, Mr. Akhil Kumar learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1/North DMC on advance copy states that he has received instructions from Mr. Joginder Singh, officer of respondent No. 1 that the petitioner's property is not in the list of properties facing sealing action in accordance with the directions of the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC).

In this view of the matter, the prayer in the petition does not survive. 4.

The statement made by counsel for respondent No. 1/North DMC is taken on record.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
