CORAM:

HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO

O R D E R

% 18.02.2019 CM APPL. 7564/2019 (exemption) Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

LPA 113/2019 We see no error in the discretion exercised by the learned writ court in not granting parole to the appellant. However, by the impugned order the appellant has been allowed to attend the marriage of his son on 22nd February, 2019 from 06:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. with the police officers in plain clothes. A reasonable order passed by the learned writ court does not call for any reconsideration by this Court.

The appeal is dismissed.
