The petitioner has not taken recourse to the alternative remedy under Section 5(5) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 ['PMLA']. The decision, therefore, in the case of M/s Revati Cements Pvt. Ltd. vs. Union of India,1 would have no application.

Let the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy under Section 5(5) of the PMLA, and if the petitioner's grievance is not mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 3.
Petition stands dismissed.
