The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers:- "i.

pass an order initiating contempt proceedings and punish the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 herein for committing the offence of contempt of court against order dated 29.08.2018 in Writ petition No.5348 of 2012 in exercise of its powers u/s 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971;

ii.

pass any other or further order(s) in that this Hon'ble Court may deem just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
