% 18.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties. The latest nominal roll of the petitioner is on record, as per which the petitioner has availed furlough w.e.f. 14th January, 2019 to 29th January, 2019 after the order dated 8th January, 2019 was passed rejecting parole of the petitioner.

Since the petitioner has already availed a furlough no order for grant of parole is required to be passed.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
