By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 30/2024, dated 29.05.2024, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station, Dwarka, Delhi, under Sections 420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After some hearing, Mr. Anubhav Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.
The bail application, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
