The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondent for the willful defiance of the directions of the learned Senior Civil Judge, South West, Dwarka in Civil Suit No. 82/2024 dated 29.08.2024, whereby the respondent/defendant along with the donor has been restrained from filing false and frivolous complaints to the public authorities against SEEDS1, which is a nonprofit organization ["NGO'] registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

No one is present for the respondent despite sending advance notice.

29.08.2024 is lodging frivolous and motivated complaints against the aforesaid NGO, which is causing irreparable injury to the survival of the vary organization.

However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would seek appropriate remedy before the learned Civil Judge concerned in accordance with the law. 7.

In that view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case the respondent/defendant indulges in continuous disobedience of the directions of the Court of learned Civil Judge. 8.
