The present petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action against respondents No.4 to 6 (officials of PS Kanjhawala) who threatened the petitioners to implicate them in a false criminal case. 2.

Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that the petitioners are not required in any case registered at PS Kanjhawala. 3.

In view of the status report filed by the state, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Leave granted.
