% 13.02.2020 Petitioner is seeking parole for three months to file Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court of India.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has placed on record status report dated 12th February, 2020. Status report dated 12th February, 2020 placed on record by respondent/State as well as Nominal roll dated 10th February, 2020 have been perused. Petitioner is facing sentence in FIR No. 602/2015, under Sections 394/458/411 IPC, registered at police station Seelampur, Delhi and out of the sentence of rigorous imprisonment of 07 years, he has already undergone sentence of 4 years 5 months and 18 days and his conduct in jail has been 'satisfactory'.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed in the interest of justice and petitioner is granted parole for one month from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions: iv) The petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working conditions at all the times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent;
v) The petitioner shall report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) on every Monday at 11:00 a.m. during the period of parole;
vi) The petitioner shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.
A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
