% 26.11.2015 This is a suit for partition. Suit is valued less than `2 crores for the purpose of jurisdiction.

In view of the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suit has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Let parties appear before the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 11th January, 2016. A.K. PATHAK, J.
