The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks the following reliefs:

"(i) Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari against the Respondent quashing the FIR No. FIR No. 277/2021 dated 11.11.2021, P.S. Special Cell, Delhi Police by one Chandan Bhardwaj, Authorized Representative/ Director of M/s. Vikas Lifecare Ltd. u/s. 385, 506, 507 of IPC qua the Petitioners herein; and/or (ii) May further be pleased to pass an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to enquire into the affairs of complainant in registration of repeated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. FIRs on false grounds in different police stations; and/or." 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the State has completed its investigation and filed a closure report before the Trial Court. This fact is duly confirmed by Inspector Neeraj Chaudhary of P.S. Special Cell. 3.

In view of the above development, this Court is of the opinion that no relief for quashing of the FIR can be granted at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, and in light of the closure report having been filed, the present petition, along with all pending applications, is disposed of.
