% 31.01.2017 As per office report notice could be issued against the judgment debtor as process fee has been returned under objection. However, the valuation of the present execution petition is less than Rs. 2 Crores. In view of minutes of the meeting (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 which reads as:- 'As regards the pending Execution Petition in this Court we direct the Registry to identify such Execution Petitions which have been pending in this Court involving a sum of upto Rs.2 Crores for being transferred to the concerned District Courts ' the present Execution Petition is liable to be transferred. The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Saket Courts (South-East) on 15.03.2017.
