Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners with the following prayers:

"In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed to this Hon'ble Court that Ho'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ of any other nature, order(s), direction(s) to the respondents thereby directing the respondent no.1, 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners from the respondent no. 4 and 5, who are threatening the petitioners to eliminate them and hence the life and liberty of the petitioners are in jeopardy and also prohibit them from interfering in the peaceful happy married life and liberty of petitioners and also directing to the respondent no. 3 i.e. police officials of P.S. Karawal Nagar, Delhi not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners and shall not harass the family members of petitioner No.2, in any manner whatsoever, in the interest of justice. Any other or further order(s) which this Hon'le Court deems lit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour the petitioners and against the respondents." 2.
