EFA(OS) 4/2020 The present appeal is directed against order dated 31.01.2020 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court. A downloaded copy of the impugned order has been handed over in Court and taken on record. The matter was passed over once to enable counsel for the appellants to seek instructions. At second call, learned counsel requested that the matter may be adjourned for tomorrow.

After the matter was adjourned, learned counsel for the appellant has mentioned the matter and submits that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal. He further submits that he would seek such remedy as available to the appellants in accordance with law, after orders are passed pursuant to the notice issued for contempt by the learned Single Judge, if so advised.

Accordingly, in view of the above statement, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
