The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC'), seeking quashing of the proceedings under Section 107/151 of the CrPC pending before the learned Special Executive Magistrate (SEM), North District, PS Sarai Rohilla Complex, Delhi.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take all the grounds before the learned SEM.

The learned SEM is directed to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously, considering all the grounds taken by the petitioner before this Court.
