The office note shows that this case was filed way back on 17th January, 2018 vide Diary No.11173/2018. Office objections were specified. In terms of Rule 5, sub-rules (1) and (2), Part-A(a), Chapter-1 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules, Practice and Procedure, objections are required to be removed within a period of thirty days, failing which, the case shall be listed before court for dismissal for non prosecution.
