The present petition has been filed by five petitioners praying inter alia for issuing directions to the respondents not to displace them from sites in front of Kalawati Saran Hospital, Bangla Sahib Road, New Delhi, claiming inter alia that they are valid Tehbazari holders since the year 1986. 2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were officially allotted Tehbazari sites in the year 2001 and ever since then, they have been carrying on their trade from there. He explains that the only reason for the petitioners to have approached this Court is that the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of the area is not completing the requisite formalities for formalising the allotments in favour of the petitioners. We decline to entertain the present petition. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the TVC if they have a grievance in this regard. 4.
