% 10.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner had sought transfer to Jail No. 2, Tihar from Jail No. 15 Mandoli and directions to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

An affidavit has been filed by the Jail Superintendent indicating that the petitioner has already been transferred and currently the petitioner is in Jail No. 2, General Ward.

In view of the affidavit filed by the Superintendent, Tihar Jail learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further. Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
