Learned counsel for the petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 21.10.2019 only to the extent that the surety amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, as directed by the trial court, be reduced.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if it is appropriately reduced.

Accordingly, the impugned order is modified only to the extent that the surety amount is reduced to Rs.2,50,000/- in each case. 4.
