W.P.(C) 1669/2019 and CM APPL. 7633/2019 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent Union of India accepts notice.

In view of the order that we propose to pass, no counter-affidavit is called for in the present matter.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to assail the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in O.A. No. 2267/2016 titled Rajendra Singh Vs. Union of India before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New

Delhi (CAT/ Tribunal). The Tribunal passed the common impugned order in the five Original Applications, including O.A. No. 2561/2015. The decision in O.A. No.2561/2015 was carried to this Court in appeal in W.P. (C.) No. 12896/2018. Vide order dated 06.12.2018 passed in W.P. (C.) No.12896/2018, the matter was remanded back to the Tribunal. Accordingly, we dispose of the present matter in terms of our order dated 06.12.2018 in W.P. (C.) No. 12896/2018 and remand the Original Application back to the Tribunal in the same terms.
