W.P.(C) 1621/2019 & CM APPL No.7472/2019 This petition seeks direction to the respondent to renew the license in respect of flat No.2, Yashwant Palace, Chankaya Puri, New Delhi in favour of the petitioner.

During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner says the petitioner shall be satisfied in case her representation dated 07.09.2018 made to the respondent is decided within six weeks by the respondent by a reasoned order. In view of above, the petition and pending application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the abovesaid representation of petitioner by a reasoned order. Dasti.
