% 12.02.2018 CM No.5364/2018 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking correction in the order dated 19th January, 2018 passed by this Court. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 accepts notice and submits that the said respondent has no objection to this application.

By the present application, the petitioner submits that though the admission of the petitioner had been cancelled on the ground of income certificate of her father being found to be fake, however, in the last order, it has been erroneously recorded that the OBC certificate had been found to be fake. The said submission is not disputed by the respondents. The impugned order dated 30th December, 2017, has been perused and the submission made by the

petitioner is borne out from the record.

It is, accordingly, directed that the order would stand corrected by substituting the third and sixth sentence of the order which would now read as income certificate instead of OBC certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has now produced the requisite certificate.
