BAIL APPLN. 328/2020 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 289/2019 registered at Police Station - Sarai Rohilla instituted for the offences punishable under Section 376 IPC.

For the same relief, the petitioner has already moved an application before the Court below which is coming up for hearing on 07.02.2020. Till the said application is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
