No. 3664/2024 filed on the principles of Order XXIII Rule 3 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition based on the assertion that they have settled the dispute with the respondent under the "Vivad se Vishwas -II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme", which inter-alia requires the petitioner to withdraw the present petition. No one is present on behalf of the respondent when the matter is called-out.

In view of the averments contained in the application and considering the prayer made, the application is allowed.

The petition is disposed-of as withdrawn in view of the settlement stated to have been arrived at between the parties as aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
