The present petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act') for appointment of an arbitrator. 2.
The brief facts are that the petitioner and the respondent entered into a Service Agreement dated 19.08.2023 whereby the petitioner was engaged to provide real estate brokerage and advisory services for sale of residential flats/premises in the project 'Flora' situated at Sector-90, Gurugram, Haryana. During the execution of the agreement, disputes arose between the parties to the lis on account of non-payment of invoices raised by the petitioner for the services rendered under the agreement. 2.1 The petitioner on 11.08.2025 issued a notice under Section 21 of the Act invoking arbitration under Clause 10 of the Service Agreement. On failure to do the needful, the present petition was filed. the respondent on instructions has no objection for referring the matter to arbitration.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed by appointing Ms. Kanika Singh, Advocate (Mobile No.: 9654847544) as the sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes which have arisen between the parties. 4.
The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be governed by Schedule IV of the Act. Before entering upon reference, the learned Arbitrator will comply with Section 12 of the Act.

It is made clear that since this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the rival claims of the parties, it will be open for the parties to file their respective claims/counter claims before the learned Arbitrator which will be considered in accordance with law. 6.
A copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Arbitrator for information.
