Further to the order dated 02.07.2024, Court notice was issued to both the parties and to their counsel on record. The Registry reports that the respondent and both the counsel have been served. 2.

As far as the petitioner is concerned, the report of the process server states that he was unable to serve the petitioner personally. He states that he visited the address of the petitioner and met a person who identified himself as Bittu, a domestic servant of the petitioner. He was informed that the petitioner was upstairs and was made to speak to the petitioner on telephone. The petitioner asked him to hand over the summons to Mr. Bittu. He requested the petitioner to sign the summons in his presence but the petitioner neither came to the door to receive the summons nor permitted the process server to enter the premises. 3.
