Learned counsel for petitioners submits that Court fee has been filed and administration bond of P-2 i.e. Mr. Tirath Kenth has also been filed.

Separate statement of Mr. Tirath Kenth is recorded today regarding the Administration Bond. Administration Bond is Ex. Y/P-2 and copy of passport is Ex. Y/P-3. Administration bond is found in order and the same is hereby accepted.
