O R D E R

% 07.02.2020 Ms. Noor-e-Afza, Mohd. Almash and Mohd. Subhan, aged 8, 7 and 41⁄2 years respectively, have been produced before this Court from Village Cottage Home (VCH), Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.

Ms. Munni Begum, the paternal grand-mother of the minor children has interacted with the latter, at length. The official respondent has assured us that the minor children shall be permitted to interact with their paternal grand-mother, Ms. Munni Begum, as well as, their father Mohd. Ayub, the petitioner, in accordance with law and the rules.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Anwesh Madhukar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he does not press this petition any further.

The limited relief as prayed for is, therefore, satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
