Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that Delhi Police has already issued a letter closing the complaint made by respondent No. 4 and hence there is no impediment in defreezing the account of the petitioner with HDFC Bank.

Mr. Bhardwaj, learned standing counsel for Delhi Police confirms the same.

In view of this statement of learned standing counsel for Delhi Police and in view of the fact that the account of the petitioner was only freezed due to the complaint made by the respondent No. 4 to Delhi Police and the said complaint has been withdrawn, the same has been communicated by Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Police to the respondent No. 3 bank, there is no impediment in allowing the petition.
