Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel, who represents respondent nos.1 to 3, submits that respondent no.3 has not received any representation as stated by the petitioner.

One of the primary prayers made by the petitioner is to decide the representation dated 22.12.2025 and the reminder dated 14.01.2026. 4.

In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to direct respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner's grievance, treating the present petition to be the representation to have been made on behalf of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner, if so desires, may supply additional documents and subsequent documents within seven days from today.
