Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.597/2025 dated 27.11.2025, registered at P.S. Govind Puri, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State appears on advance notice and submits that as per information made available by the concerned Investigating Officer, the investigation is still going on and charge-sheet has yet not been filed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that charge-sheet has yet not been filed.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh at a later stage.
