% 18.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by what he considers as inordinate delay in completing investigations in case FIR No. 2252/2015 registered at Police Station, Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

However, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that a new Investigating Officer has been appointed and the Chargesheet will be filed within four weeks.
