1. The present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 13.02.2019 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in OA No.4073/2018. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has rejected the original application (OA) filed by the petitioners/applicants by holding that it was not a fit case for allowing the prayer of the applicants for joining together.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner has a good prima facie case to show that a joint OA was maintainable, taking into account the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 8712/2018, he does not press the present petition. He, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/05/2024 at 12:42:42

however, prays that liberty be granted to the petitioner to move fresh OA(s) if the need so arises at a later stage.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this limited prayer.

4. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to move fresh OA(s) on the same cause of action if the need so arises.
