% 05.02.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Bail Appln.344/2020, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of ₹20 lacs by 05.02.2020 before 5 p.m. However, it is not clear by the said order that in whose favour the amount is to be deposited. Accordingly, I hereby make it clear that the said amount shall be deposited in favour of the Registrar General of this court. No further order is required to be passed.
