The present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks the following reliefs:- a) Restrain the Respondent or any other Director(s), authorized representative, Managers and/or any other employees in any manner carryout any work of Certification, Accreditation, Auditing, as well as directly or indirectly solicit any customers either through the another company, partnership firm, proprietary concern and/or any person in any manner;

b) Restrain the Respondent from forming/ making new similar company for the same purpose as the Scientific Certification Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. and GICIA are involved; and c) Pass such other or further order or direction as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that since the petitioner had already sought the same reliefs before the National Company Law Tribunal in Company

Petition No.92/241/PB/2019, he does not press the present petition. 3.

The petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
