The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 151, seeks the following prayers: - "a) Issue an appropriate direction restraining the Ld. Family Court from proceeding further in G.P. No. 29/2019, including pronouncement of final orders on the pending applications seeking modification of visitation, during the pendency of proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court or until further orders of this Hon'ble Court;

b) and pending consideration of the present petition, grant interim protection as prayed for hereinbelow;
