OMP(Misc.)(Comm) 68/2019 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award. Counsel for the respondents who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondents have no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court. Having considered the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondents, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of four months with effect from 03.03.2019.
The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
