The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(i) Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of settlement dated 23.03.1995 as well as disobedience of the order dated 27.03.1995 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in CS(OS) No. 1344/1994; and (ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
