Applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.407/2025 dated 16.07.2025, registered at P.S. Jait Pur, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 20/29/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

The case pertains to commercial quantity of ganja but according to learned counsel for applicant, there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the applicant herein.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State submits that as per information made available by the concerned Investigating Officer, a supplementary charge-sheet is likely to be filed on 27th instant. 4.

Charges are yet to be ascertained.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant does not press the present application at this stage.
