% 21.10.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition was filed by him against the order of summoning for offence under Sections 376/420/493/34 IPC.

Since pre-charge evidence is almost concluded and the matter is ripe for hearing on charge, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty raise the pleas before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
