The petitioner has filed the writ petition, inter alia, seeking several reliefs. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, at the outset, that the petitioner confines his relief in the present petition to only seek the outcome of the inquiry or investigation made pursuant to the complaints as annexed as Annexure P-2 to the present petition. 3.

It is seen that several allegations have been made by the petitioner. It is pointed out that the said allegations were investigated and inquiries have been held and complaints have been filed. The petitioner is aware of the

outcome of the said inquiry.

Nonetheless, the respondents shall formally inform the petitioner as to their final findings in respect of the separate allegations. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is satisfied if the same is done.
