The counsel for the defendant No.1 states that the suit, in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, is liable to be transferred to the Sub-ordinate Courts.

The suit is for recovery of Rs.69,55,222/- with interest. CS(OS) 2537/1998

The plaintiffs No.1&2 as per the plaint are resident of Dehradun, Uttrakhand and the plaintiff No.3 to 6 are resident of Green Park, New Delhi; the registered office of both the defendants is at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi.

Thus, the Court of the District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi would have their jurisdiction. 7.

The suit is accordingly be transferred to the Court of the District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 8.

The parties to appear before the Additional District Judge / District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on 11th November, 2016.
